What kinds of events do you provide catering for?

Pretty much all events, but we specialise in food related events with great service, so small dinners to large weddings to BBQ lunches to corporate buffets to street to massive parties are all us. Just drop us a line if you’re not sure

How soon should menu selections and event details be finalized?

Once we’ve got you booked in, the key is to get the best staff possible in place and the bare bones of the menu, we can fine tune this up to the last few weeks (even closer for last minute or very small events).

What services are included in your catering packages?

We don’t do any packages – everything is specifically curated for each event

Our core elements that we provide for most events are food, staff, equipment and drink

We can then bring in all the other suppliers that you may need depending upon what the event is from marquee companies to DJs to flooring specialists to florists to children’s entertainers to printers to stylists to photographers and videographers and so on – all suppliers who we can vouch for after years of working with them

Are you able to handle dietary restrictions and special accommodations?

Yes of course – we work hard to ensure all dietary dishes are standalone dishes in their own right, not just meat dishes with the meat removed and an extra garnish.

How far in advance is it necessary to book your catering?

This is a tricky one as there is no hard and fast rule, we are very busy at certain times of the year so it’s good to contact us early and quieter at other times of the year – if you want a party in February we won’t need much warning!!

Is a tasting session available before booking?

We provide tastings for some of our larger events like a wedding and even when we do not provide a tasting we personalise menus and drinks

How do you address weather-related concerns for outdoor events?

We do this by exploring the options and the budget to ensure that the best approach is possible – one event’s wet weather plan may be to have an extra marquee in case of rain another’s may be to move chairs back and forth to create more space

Are there any extra charges I should know about?

Do you offer alcohol service at events?

Of course – whatever you fancy we can provide at whatever budget and with sale or return possible on some drinks

Our speciality is bringing incredible cocktail service and logistics to events

Do you follow sustainability practices?

Yes, sustainability is at the heart of what we do and we prioritise local and seasonal ingredients

We also minimise waste, and partner with organizations like Olio to redistribute leftovers

What types of service styles do you offer?

We provide a variety of styles from silver service to guest led family-style sharing to formal and elegant with butlers to low key, but smart to an informal to festival vibe and so on

Can you assist with event rentals like tables, chairs, and dinnerware?

Absolutely. We have strong relationships with some wonderful suppliers and will work with you to ensure that we propose the most appropriate considering the look and feel that you are going for and the budget that you have to allocate to this area

·There are no right or wrong answers here, we just make sure that we get the most appropriate supplier for you

Are there any extra charges I should know about?

We’re very transparent with our quotes and we break down the costs so that you can see what each element costs and why (it’s usually based upon the number of hours, canapés, staff, etc. etc.)

We won’t incur any other costs without your sign off and will let you know likely costs based upon any discussions (e.g. changing from Beef Rump to Beef Filet or offering unlimited cocktails)

How long do you need for setup and clean down?

Setup time varies depending on the event size and complexity, but we typically arrive 2–3 hours before the event begins

Clean down is efficient and starts as soon as the event concludes or earlier if possible (i.e. guests move location or thin out)
